Lynn is currently Assistant Head Teacher at Anglesey Primary School, Lozells, Inner City, Birmingham. She has 32 years of teaching experience in Handsworth and Lozells, covering KS1, KS2, KS3 and KS4 (to GCSE level).

Lynn also has 15 years experience as a member of the Section 11 team, working in primary and secondary schools.

Lynn’s recent, relevant and excellent teaching, together with effective managerial approaches, has resulted in a Value Added Score for Angelsey of at least 101 for the past 4 years.

Anglesey has almost 100% E.A.L. intake and Lynn’s experience of implementing strategies to raise, sustain and manage literacy standards at Anglesey make her an ideal choice for whole school training.

Lynn’s specialist area is: ‘Sustainable Approaches to Raising Achievement in Writing Nursery—Year 6’ and ‘Assessing Writing using AFL and APP Strategies’.
